RSC Terms Of Service

The rules that apply when you use RSC websites, Discord services, league systems, tournaments and related digital tools.

Overview

These Terms of Service apply to Rocket Soccar Confederation, also known as RSC, RSC EU and RSC Community.

RSC operates online esports leagues, tournaments, community websites, Discord services, match tools, statistics systems and other related digital services.

By using our websites, Discord server, league systems or related services, you agree to follow these Terms of Service.

1. Use of Our Services

You may use RSC services only for lawful, fair and appropriate purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Abuse, disrupt, damage or interfere with our websites, APIs, Discord services or systems.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, staff tools, databases, servers or private information.

  • Exploit bugs, loopholes or security issues.

  • Submit false, misleading or harmful information.

  • Impersonate another person, player, staff member, team or organisation.

  • Use our services to harass, threaten, abuse, discriminate against or target others.

  • Upload or share illegal, harmful, offensive or malicious content.

We may restrict or remove access if we believe our services are being misused.

2. Accounts and Discord Login

Some RSC services require you to log in using Discord.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your Discord account secure.

  • Making sure the information linked to your RSC account is accurate.

  • Any activity carried out through your account.

  • Informing us if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may remove, restrict or suspend access to accounts where needed for security, moderation, league integrity or rule enforcement.

3. League and Tournament Participation

By joining RSC leagues, tournaments or events, you agree to follow:

  • These Terms of Service.

  • RSC league rules.

  • Tournament rules.

  • Discord server rules.

  • Staff decisions and administrative processes.

  • Any additional rules shown for a specific event, season, team or competition.

Rules may vary between leagues, regions, seasons or events.

RSC staff may make decisions relating to fixtures, rosters, eligibility, match reports, disputes, punishments, standings, transfers, awards and other league matters.

4. Fair Play and Competitive Integrity

Players, teams and staff must act honestly and fairly.

You must not:

  • Cheat, hack, boost, smurf or manipulate match outcomes.

  • Intentionally throw matches.

  • Submit false match reports or statistics.

  • Abuse scheduling, roster, transfer or eligibility systems.

  • Use another persons account or allow them to use yours.

  • Mislead staff during investigations or disputes.

  • Abuse bugs or exploits in RSC systems or Rocket League.

Breaking competitive integrity rules may result in warnings, match penalties, suspensions, bans, removals, forfeits or other action.

5. Community Behaviour

RSC is a community environment. You must treat others with respect.

You must not use RSC services to:

  • Harass, threaten, bully or abuse others.

  • Share hate speech, discriminatory content or targeted abuse.

  • Dox, expose or share someone's private information.

  • Spam, scam or advertise without permission.

  • Post harmful, illegal, explicit or malicious content.

  • Encourage rule-breaking or harmful behaviour.

Moderation action may be taken on RSC websites, Discord, league systems, events or related community spaces.

6. Content You Submit

You may submit content to RSC, including messages, usernames, team details, logos, graphics, match reports, statistics, support tickets, appeals, feedback or other materials.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

  • You have the right to submit it.

  • It does not break any laws or third-party rights.

  • It does not contain harmful, offensive or malicious material.

  • We may use it where needed to operate, promote, display or improve RSC services.

This may include showing team names, logos, player names, results, clips, graphics, statistics or league content on our website, Discord, streams, social media or promotional materials.

You remain responsible for the content you submit.

7. RSC Content and Intellectual Property

RSC websites, tools, branding, designs, graphics, code, league formats, written content, statistics systems and other materials belong to RSC or the relevant rights holders.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, misuse or claim ownership of RSC content without permission.

You may share public RSC content for community, team or promotional purposes as long as you do not misrepresent ownership, alter it harmfully or use it in a way that damages RSC or others.

8. Staff, Volunteers and Administration

RSC may be operated by staff, admins, moderators, developers, captains, volunteers and community contributors.

Staff decisions are made to protect the league, community, fairness and smooth operation of services.

We aim to act fairly and consistently, but we may take urgent or discretionary action where needed, including:

  • Removing content.

  • Restricting access.

  • Suspending or banning users.

  • Adjusting fixtures, scores, rosters or standings.

  • Reversing or correcting administrative errors.

  • Investigating reports or disputes.

9. Availability of Services

We try to keep RSC services available and working correctly, but we cannot guarantee that they will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted.

Services may be affected by:

  • Maintenance.

  • Bugs or technical issues.

  • Hosting or third-party provider problems.

  • Discord, Rocket League, API or external service outages.

  • Security incidents.

  • Changes to league systems or features.

We may change, suspend or remove features at any time.

10. Third-Party Services

RSC may use or link to third-party services such as Discord, Rocket League, Twitch, YouTube, Ballchasing, start.gg, social media platforms, sponsors, analytics providers, hosting providers or other community tools.

We are not responsible for third-party services, their content, availability, policies or actions.

Using third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

By using RSC services, you acknowledge that your information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

Some league information, such as usernames, teams, rosters, fixtures, results, standings, statistics and awards, may be publicly visible as part of normal competition operations.

12. Payments, Donations and Prizes

If RSC introduces payments, donations, memberships, merchandise, sponsorships, prize pools or paid features, additional terms may apply.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

  • Prize eligibility may depend on league rules, region, age, account standing and verification.

  • RSC may withhold, delay or cancel prizes where there is suspected fraud, rule-breaking, ineligibility or administrative issues.

  • Payment providers may apply their own terms and fees.

13. Suspensions, Bans and Termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to RSC services if:

  • You break these Terms.

  • You break league, tournament or Discord rules.

  • You harm or threaten the community.

  • You abuse systems, staff, users or services.

  • We need to protect RSC, users, data, security or league integrity.

Where appropriate, we may provide warnings, explanations or appeal options, but we are not required to do so in every case.

14. Disclaimers

RSC services are provided on an as-available and as-is basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • Services will always be available.

  • Information will always be error-free.

  • Match data or statistics will always be complete or accurate.

  • Bugs or issues will never occur.

  • Third-party services will remain available.

  • Participation will guarantee prizes, recognition, placement or results.

We will try to correct serious errors where reasonably possible.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RSC and its staff, volunteers, developers, admins and contributors are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of our services.

This includes loss of data, loss of access, missed matches, incorrect results, downtime, third-party outages, account issues or community disputes.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

When changes are made, we will update the Last updated date. For significant changes, we may also notify users through the website, Discord server or other suitable channels.

Your continued use of RSC services after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
